ABOUT CHARLOTTE
Hi, I'm Charlotte, the lead photographer at Charlotte Sams Photography. I'm based in the South West and travel anywhere for wedding photography. I adore the energy of a wedding day and helping my couples have the best day ever.
I am driven by the real, emotional candid moments, but I'll also take extra care to create timeless images you'll treasure for years to come.
I may cry during your vows, get fully involved with your family and dance floor, but I’ll also be quietly watching for all those beautiful little moments you might otherwise miss.

Whether that's fixing a buttonhole, helping you find a quiet moment together, rounding up your family for photographs, or simply knowing when to step back.

With a light and true to colour edit and the occasional roll of 35mm; I capture beautiful details and considered portraits alongside the candid and documentary storytelling.

She was brilliant at communicating with guests, directing everyone clearly but kindly, and making sure we stayed on schedule without it ever feeling rushed. When we had a small mishap with other staff, she even went the extra mile and helped organise guests to go up for their food — something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but it just shows the kind of person she is.
We received our photos by the end of October (I think) it felt quite quick anyway, and we are absolutely in love with them. They’re bright, beautifully coloured, clear, and so natural. She captured everyone perfectly and managed to bottle up all the emotion and joy of the day.
